Father Frank was born and raised in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.
Upon graduating from high school he entered the Congregation of Marion Fathers in Chicago to study for the Priesthood.
After completing his theological studies, Father Frank changed his rite and was ordained a Melkite Priest.
He has served as Administrator for a Parish in Worcester, Massachusetts, Pastor of a Milwaukee, Wisconsin Parish, Pastor of a Lansing, Michigan Parish and is currently serving his 22nd year as the Pastor of St. George Melkite Greek-Catholic Church in Birmingham, Alabama.
Father Frank is the Protopresbyter of the Southern Region of the Diocese of Newton; a Member of the Board of Consulters to the Bishop and was elevated to the rank of Archimandrite in 2001.
This year in February Father Frank celebrated his 35th Anniversary as a Priest.
